The United States is gearing up to make a powerful statement on home soil at the 78th edition of the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations (MXoN), set to take place October 3–5 at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Often referred to as the “Olympics of Motocross,” this prestigious event brings together the world’s top motocross athletes to compete for national pride.

Team USA will be represented by a star-studded trio, showcasing the nation’s best talent. Leading the charge is multi-time AMA Motocross and Supercross champion Eli Tomac, whose experience and raw speed make him a formidable force. Joining him is Chase Sexton, a rising star with a smooth, aggressive riding style and multiple national titles to his name. Rounding out the team is Justin Cooper, known for his lightning-fast starts and consistency under pressure. Together, they form a well-balanced squad with a mix of experience, youth, and versatility across the MXGP, MX2, and Open classes.

After finishing just off the podium in recent years, the U.S. is determined to reclaim its dominant legacy in the MXoN, a competition it has won 23 times—the most in history. Racing on familiar terrain in front of a passionate home crowd offers a unique advantage, and the team is eager to capitalize on that energy.

Ironman Raceway, renowned for its challenging layout and deep ruts, will test riders’ endurance and skill. With fierce international competition expected from countries like France, the Netherlands, and Australia, Team USA faces a tough challenge. However, with home advantage and a powerhouse lineup, hopes are high that the Stars and Stripes will fly highest on the podium come Sunday afternoon.
