AMA Announces 2025 U.S. Motocross of Nations Team
The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) has officially announced the U.S. team lineup for the 2025 FIM Motocross of Nations (MXoN), set to take place October 3–5 at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana. With the prestigious event returning to American soil, Team USA is stacked with top-tier talent aiming to reclaim international motocross glory.
Leading the charge is veteran racer **Eli Tomac**, a two-time AMA Supercross 450SX champion (2020, 2022) and four-time AMA Pro Motocross 450MX champion (2017, 2018, 2019, 2022). Known for his aggressive riding style and deep experience, Tomac brings both speed and leadership to the team.
Joining him is **Chase Sexton**, the 2023 450SX Supercross champion and newly crowned 2024 AMA Pro Motocross 450MX champion. Sexton’s technical precision and consistent performances have made him one of the sport’s elite competitors and a key asset for Team USA.
Rounding out the trio is rising star **Haiden Deegan**, who burst onto the scene with a dominant 2024 season. Deegan secured the 250SX West Supercross championship and followed it up with the 2024 AMA Pro Motocross 250MX title. At just 19, his combination of raw speed and youthful energy could be the X-factor Team USA needs.
The Motocross of Nations—often called the “Olympics of Motocross”—features national teams from around the globe competing in three classes: MXGP, MX2, and Open. With Ironman Raceway hosting for the first time, a passionate home crowd is expected to fuel Team USA’s push for a 24th MXoN victory.
This powerhouse lineup reflects the depth and talent of American motocross, and all eyes will be on Indiana this fall as Tomac, Sexton, and Deegan represent the red, white, and blue on the world stage.
