Brisbane Broncos’ key player, Selwyn Cobbo, has rejected a $35 million contract extension or signed with a new club. Recent reports suggest that contract discussions between Cobbo and the Broncos are currently on hold, with both parties focusing on the upcoming season.
In November 2024, it was reported that Cobbo’s management had paused contract negotiations to allow the 22-year-old to concentrate on his performance and fitness during the pre-season.
