Steve Hackett has officially unveiled his **2026 “Best of Genesis & Solo Gems”** tour, a fresh chapter in his long‐running celebration of both his Genesis legacy and solo catalogue.

After a twelve-year hiatus from a Genesis-focused set, this new tour revisits many of the Genesis songs from the era when Hackett was in the band, paired with select solo works.  His earlier “Genesis Revisited” projects explored much of this ground, notably including a live DVD from his 2013

The 2026 itinerary is ambitious. It commences in **February/March in Florida** with several U.S. dates. ([hackettsongs.com][2]) The tour then spreads into **Europe in May–June**, including a Brussels show, before moving to a **UK leg in October**, culminating in a performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Of note are personnel changes in Hackett’s touring band: longtime keyboardist Roger King steps down, to be succeeded by Swedish keyboardist **Lalle Larsson**, and **Felix Lehrmann** joins on drums, replacing Craig Blundell. ([Louder][3]) They join stalwart players **Jonas Reingold** (bass, backing vocals), **Nad Sylvan** (vocals), and **Rob Townsend** (sax, flutes, keyboards) in backing Hackett’s ambitious musical vision.

Hackett himself has framed the tour as a balancing act: “the main thing is to keep a focus on the music which drives it all” while embracing the new lineup. ([Metal Planet Music][4]) With this tour, he’s promising both familiar Genesis highlights and deep solo “gems” drawn from across his solo catalogue to offer longtime fans—and newer ones—a rich, retrospective
