Robert Plant is a legendary English rock singer, best known as the lead vocalist and lyricist of the iconic rock band Led Zeppelin. Born in 1948, Plant became a defining figure in rock history with his soaring vocals, wild stage presence, and mystical lyricism. As part of Led Zeppelin, he helped shape the sound of hard rock and heavy metal during the late 1960s and 1970s. The band’s music blended blues, folk, and rock into a powerful, groundbreaking sound. Some of their most enduring tracks include “Stairway to Heaven,” widely considered one of the greatest rock songs ever written, as well as “Whole Lotta Love” and “Black Dog,” which showcase Plant’s vocal range and emotive power. Even after Led Zeppelin disbanded in 1980 following drummer John Bonham’s death, Plant continued a successful solo career and collaborated with artists across genres, earning critical acclaim and a Grammy Award for his work with bluegrass singer Alison Krauss.
Logan Plant, Robert Plant’s son, followed a different path from his father. While he initially dabbled in music as the frontman for the rock band Sons of Albion, he eventually chose to leave the music industry behind. Instead, Logan channeled his creativity and ambition into the world of craft beer. He is the founder of Beavertown Brewery, a now well-established and widely respected craft brewery based in London. Founded in 2011, Beavertown quickly gained popularity for its bold, flavorful beers and distinctive, eye-catching can designs. The brewery became a key player in the UK’s craft beer boom and later partnered with Heineken to expand operations. Logan’s success in brewing has carved out his own legacy, distinct from but no less impressive than that of his famous father.
