Netflix has officially announced the production of *Prince of Darkness: The Ozzy Osbourne Story*, a highly anticipated biopic set to premiere on October 18, 2025. This film offers an unflinching, raw, and revelatory look into the life of John Michael “Ozzy” Osbourne, chronicling his extraordinary transformation from working-class Birmingham roots to heavy metal godhood, cultural infamy, and ultimate redemption.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Andrea Berloff (*Straight Outta Compton*), the biopic delves deep into every defining chapter of Ozzy’s life. British actor Jack O’Connell (*’71*, *Unbroken*) portrays Ozzy, earning early Oscar buzz for his performance.
