Coldplay have officially announced their long-awaited **2026 World Tour**, titled *“Light Up the Globe.”* Following the record-breaking success of their *Music of the Spheres* shows, the British superstars are preparing to bring their signature kaleidoscope of color, emotion, and sustainability to fans across every continent.

 

The tour, set to kick off in **March 2026**, begins in **Buenos Aires, Argentina**, before moving through **São Paulo, Mexico City, and Los Angeles**. From there, the band will illuminate **Europe** with massive stadium shows in **London, Paris, Berlin, Rome, and Barcelona**, before heading to **Asia and Oceania** in late summer — including stops in **Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, and Auckland**. Additional North American dates are expected to follow in **autumn 2026**, wrapping up in **New York City** by year’s end.

 

Frontman **Chris Martin** described the new tour as “a celebration of unity, love, and light — a chance for the world to sing together again.” Fans can expect a stunning new stage design powered entirely by renewable energy, upgraded wristband technology, and an immersive setlist blending Coldplay classics like *“Fix You,” “Viva La Vida,”* and *“Yellow”* with new material rumored to come from an upcoming studio album.

 

Tickets go on sale **November 15, 2025**, with presales available for registered fans one week earlier. As always, a portion of proceeds will go toward **climate and humanitarian initiatives**, continuing the band’s commitment to sustainable touring.
