Queen Is Hitting the Road Again — and Brian May Says Adam Lambert Is the Perfect Frontman

Rock legends Queen are once again gearing up to take the stage, and fans around the world are buzzing with excitement. Guitar icon Brian May confirmed that the band will return to the road for a brand-new tour, continuing their celebrated collaboration with powerhouse vocalist Adam Lambert.

Since 2011, May and drummer Roger Taylor have performed alongside Lambert under the banner *Queen + Adam Lambert*, delivering electrifying renditions of the band’s timeless hits while introducing their music to new generations. Far from being a mere tribute act, the partnership has evolved into one of the most successful touring outfits in modern rock, with sold-out arenas and rave reviews on nearly every continent.

Speaking about the upcoming shows, Brian May praised Lambert’s role in keeping Queen’s music alive. “Adam isn’t trying to be Freddie. He’s his own man with his own voice, but at the same time he has a way of honoring Freddie’s spirit. It’s a beautiful balance, and it’s why this works,” May said. “We still feel Freddie with us every night, but Adam brings a new energy that keeps Queen alive in 2025.”

For Lambert, stepping into the spotlight with such an iconic band has been both a challenge and a privilege. “I’ve always been inspired by Freddie Mercury,” he explained in a recent interview. “To sing these songs with Brian and Roger is surreal, but the love we get from fans shows how much Queen’s music still matters.”

With tour dates expected to span across Europe, North America, and beyond, anticipation is at an all-time high. One thing is certain: when Queen and Adam Lambert hit the stage, audiences can expect a dazzling spectacle of legendary rock anthems, powerful vocals, and unforgettable showmanship.
