On the latest episode of *Ozzy Speaks* on SiriusXM, heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne opened up about his musical aspirations and the legends he still dreams of collaborating with. Sitting down with co-host Billy Morrison, the Black Sabbath frontman reflected on his storied career and the many artists he has worked with over the years. However, when Morrison asked if there was anyone left he’d still like to duet with, Osbourne didn’t hesitate before naming one music legend in particular: Paul McCartney.

“Paul McCartney,” Ozzy responded instantly. “I mean, who wouldn’t want to sing with a Beatle? He’s a genius.” The rock legend went on to express his admiration for the former Beatle’s enduring influence on music, saying McCartney’s songwriting has stood the test of time and inspired generations of musicians — himself included.

Osbourne has never been shy about his love for classic rock and British musical heritage, often citing The Beatles as one of his earliest and most profound influences. In previous interviews, he’s credited the band’s groundbreaking 1960s albums as the catalyst that made him want to pursue music.

The Prince of Darkness has collaborated with a wide range of artists over his decades-long career, from Slash and Elton John to Post Malone and Travis Scott. But the opportunity to work with McCartney, he said, would be “the ultimate dream.”

While there’s been no official confirmation or plans in the works for such a collaboration, fans of both legends are already buzzing about the possibility. Given their iconic status and shared history in shaping modern music, an Ozzy-McCartney duet would undoubtedly be a momentous and historic event in rock history.
