Jones, a dynamic playmaker, had a highly competitive recruitment, with powerhouse programs such as Georgia, Ohio State, Tennessee, South Carolina, Auburn, Alabama, and Florida also in the mix. He previously released a top-eight list that featured all of those schools, but Ole Miss ultimately won out in the race for his commitment.
At 5-foot-11 and 195 pounds, Jones possesses the blend of speed, power, and vision that has made him one of the most coveted running backs in the 2026 class.
