Open Letter to the LSU Women’s Basketball Team
Dear LSU Tigers,
As we stand together in this moment, I want to take a moment to remind each of you just how special and capable you are. Every practice, every game, and every second you’ve spent wearing this uniform has been a testament to your dedication, heart, and drive. We are not just a team—we are a family, and we have the power to accomplish anything we set our minds to.
In the pursuit of greatness, there will be challenges. There will be moments when you question your limits, when you feel the weight of expectation or fatigue. But I want you to remember something: you are never alone. Look to your teammates, your coaches, and the LSU community. We are here to support you, lift you up, and push you toward excellence.
I’ve seen each of you put in the work—whether it’s refining your skills, improving your mindset, or supporting one another. This commitment to growth is what will carry us to new heights. Understand that every sacrifice you make now is building something bigger than just wins or championships. It’s building a legacy—a legacy that will be remembered long after you’ve left this court.
